Couple seeking a charming stay
The staff was great , totally attentive and ready to help it felt like they really cared about us. We had dinner at the restaurant where they made the salad table-side and let me tell you , it was like a culinary experience , pure magic watching it come together.
It wasn't cheap , but I guess for the experience it was kinda acceptable.

decent stay but not without flaws
The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The room was surprisingly well-maintained for its age, offering comfort during our two-night stay. Connectivity was impressive. I could easily complete some work thanks to the reliable WiFi. Additionally, I appreciated the positive experiences shared by other guests, highlighting the cleanliness of shared spaces.
The absence of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, especially after carrying bags up the stairs.

The location was central to everything I wanted to visit. I enjoyed the quiet nights despite the daytime noise from the street.
I had a frustrating experience when I asked about the bed bugs found in my room. The staff did not show concern or offer any assistance.

I gave it a shot

It was just an excellent fit for a short stay in Tijuana with attractive and competitive value for money. The shower was great, and we had plenty of towels which was a nice touch. If you're okay with no elevator, it's a good spot to consider.

Why it might work for you – or not
The convenient location allows for easy access to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the free WiFi was a great perk.
Noise from nearby clubs can be disruptive late at night, and the lack of an elevator may pose a challenge for some guests.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my quiet King Room for three nights, but the lack of elevators was challenging after long days. Dining experiences were a highlight—especially the famous Caesar Salad prepared tableside! Pro tip, Bring an extension cord for charging your devices, and consider asking for room location away from noise.

I took my family of 7, including 5 teenagers, to this historic hotel, and we loved the vibe! The kids enjoyed the restaurant next door where the original Caesar salad was created. The staff were friendly and our rooms were comfortable and cozy.
My kids wished for a pool to swim in.

Not for the faint of heart
The staff here? Exceptionally friendly. They made me feel like I was in a Ritz or something when really, a nice corner room was all I had. And expect to deal with some wild noise from parties around the hotel, you'll definitely need earplugs but hey, that's half the fun right?
It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The valet service stood out with politeness and friendliness, making guests feel safe upon arrival. Rooms were impeccably clean, and the location on Revolution provided quick access to excellent restaurants. However, the need for more electrical outlets and improved communication from some staff members detracted from the experience. Hot sandwiches from the bistro were a delightful highlight as well, but the room rates feel slightly inflated for the amenities provided.
